Inside these warmers are natural substances found in nature (iron powder, salt, water, activated carbon, vermiculite), whose chemical reaction with oxygen releases natural heat that lasts even up to 8 hours!

How to use warmers?

• Open the outer plastic package at the "Open here" arrow and remove the warmers.
• Remove the protective film from the warmers and leave them for 1-2 minutes. in the air to activate.
• Glue the warmers to the top or bottom of the socks.
• Attention! Do not stick the warmers directly on the skin!
• The materials in the heaters react with the air and after a few minutes begin to release heat.
• Max. heat sink temperature: 45 °C / Avg. temperature: 38 °C
• These are disposable warmers, so they cannot be heated or reused.

Attention!

1. Stick the warmers only on the socks, you can't stick them directly on the skin!
2. Warmers are not suitable for therapeutic purposes, as well as for children under 6 years of age. for children
3. Do not use heating pads while sleeping.
4. Do not use on swollen, sensitive or damaged skin.
5. If you feel an unwanted skin reaction during heating, remove the warmers immediately.
6. Do not pierce or otherwise damage the warmers.
7. If you have damaged or punctured the heat shield, avoid contact with the skin, mouth and eyes.
