All orders received by lunchtime are normally dispatched on the same or next working day.

Venipak Courier and postal machines
DURATION: You will receive your order within 1-2 working days after the goods have been shipped. We will inform you about the shipment in a separate letter, and we will also send the tracking number of the shipment.
DELIVERY BY COURIER: Parcels are delivered on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so we recommend specifying the address you will be at during the day, e.g. work address.
COLLECTION AT THE POST OFFICE: You can collect your parcel at Venipak post machines at any time of the day. Parcels are stored for 5 working days.
ATTENTION! You can conveniently choose a post office immediately after placing your order, in the "Pick-up location" section of the confirmation window - you will see all the post offices closest to you. If you don't choose the postage method, we will send the order to the closest delivery address you specified at the time of purchase.

When buying up to €59.99 - sending to the post office will cost €1.90
When buying up to €59.99 - shipping by courier will cost €3.50
* Delivery of Advent calendars - from €1.90/piece. to a post machine, €3.50 by courier.
Omniva postal machines
DURATION: You will receive the order at the nearest post office within 1-3 working days after the goods have been dispatched, but in rare cases it may take up to 5 working days! We will inform you about the shipment in a separate letter, and we will also send the tracking number of the shipment.
COLLECTION TIME: You can collect your package at Omniva post machines at any time of the day. Parcels are stored for 7 working days.
