Returning the goods

You can return goods of suitable quality within 30 (thirty) days from the day of delivery of the goods, indicating the desired returned goods and its order number. You can conveniently do this through Flipo's return system .

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
the product must be undamaged by you;
the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
the returned product must be of the same configuration as the one you received;
when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

We have the right not to accept your returned goods if you do not follow the established procedure for returning goods.

In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account within 7 working days.

The cost of returning the goods is paid by the Buyer. We can accept returned goods through the Omniva postal machine, using the flipo.lt system, the price is €2.00 (we will deduct this amount from the returned amount for the goods).

If the ordered goods returned (were not collected from the post office within the specified time, or were refused to be accepted from the courier), we reserve the right not to compensate the delivery fee, or apply a return fee of up to €4.00 (depending on the shipping method), even if the order was applied at the time of purchase free shipping.

If the returned or exchanged goods are of good quality and correspond to the order, the delivery fee is not returned or compensated.

In the event that the reason for returning the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
