With the help of internal organizational and technical measures, Nanogama, UAB ensures that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer is protected against any illegal actions: illegal alteration, disclosure or destruction of Personal Data, identity theft, fraud, and the level of Personal Data protection meets the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
Personal data is protected against loss, unauthorized use and changes. All Buyers' Passwords are encrypted, only persons authorized by the Personal Data Controller can connect to servers related to Personal Data and only through a secure certificate, which is additionally protected by a password, as well as all pages of nanogama.lt that require the entry of Personal Data are executed via https :// protocol.
The buyer undertakes and is obliged to keep his login password and login name, as well as other data, to nanogama.lt. The buyer undertakes and is obliged not to disclose Personal data about himself or third parties to any other third parties, if such Personal data of third parties were made available to him, and to immediately inform about visible violations.
Your data will be stored for 3 years after the last day of your use of our services or content. After this period, the data will be deleted.

Nanogama, UAB shall respond to the Buyer's inquiry about the processing of Personal Data or the Buyer's requested data no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request.
The data controller may not create the conditions for the data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, when, in cases provided by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
